Registration is currently open!

Registration is limited to 32 participants, but the field is expandable to as much as 40 in groups of 4 (e.g. if we have 37 registered, we can expand the field to 36).

You can register by sending an email with your Name, Gaming Group (or hometown), and the army you plan on playing, with army list to: bayoubattlesgt@gmail.com. The entry fees below should be sent in to lock in your spot.

Entry Fee is $69.

You can send the entry fee using PayPal (send to bayoubattlesgt@gmail.com and use the “Send money to friends/family” option). 

If you don’t like/trust sending money via the net, you can send a check (payable to Richard Hoy) via snail mail to:

Please note that should you choose to drop out, the deadline to receive a refund on your entry fee is Wednesday, December 25th.  After that date, the money will have already been spent.
